C. How to use?

Perform a “use test” to ensure you are not allergic to the product by applying a few drops of DualGen-15 to the triangular cavity of the elbow joint. Do not use this product if redness or inflammation of the spot occurs.

Using the included dropper, apply up to 1 ml of Lipogaine for Women to your scalp in the hair loss area in the evening. Use it twice daily with at least 8 hours apart between the two applications.
*
Use no more than 1 ml each time. You only need to use enough to cover your balding/thinning area with a thin film of the solution. No massage is needed. You can use your finger tip or the tip of the dropper (included) to spread the solution. Try your best to apply the solution directly to your scalp by parting your hair. Otherwise you end up with wasting the product on your hair and it takes long time to dry.

About Minoxidil: The use of minoxidil for hair loss has an interesting history. It was first used during the 1970s as an oral medication for refractory cases of high blood pressure. In 1979, the oral tablet form, Loniten (Pharmacia & Upjohn, Bridgewater, NJ), was approved by the FDA for hypertension. Patients who took minoxidil for their high blood pressure were noticed to have unwanted hair growth. Some dermatologists quickly took note in considering it for use in treating different forms of hair loss. Dr. Zapacosta noted a reversal of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in a patient receiving oral minoxidil. However, there were limitations to using the oral formulation, because it could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Patients also experienced side effects of severe water retention and weight gain, often requiring concomitant treatment with a diuretic.
Therefore, several researchers tested its use as a topical formulation for hair loss. Two controlled trials using 1% topical minoxidil for male pattern hair loss demonstrated cosmetically acceptable regrowth in approximately half of patients in early 1980s. In 1984, topical minoxidil was used for the treatment of AGA. Ever since then, different formulation of minoxidil had been clinically studied and gained FDA approval for hair regrowth (see table below).
The effectiveness of minoxidil solution on hair growth is dosage dependent, which is evident by the history of minoxidil products approved by FDA. Although minoxidil is the first and only topical solution approved by FDA as of today, the mechanism by which minoxidil promotes hair growth is not fully understood. Several mechanisms have been proposed. None of them involves in blocking 5-alpha-reductase activity (DHT blocker) as azelaic acid or finassteride (see below) does.

About Azelaic Acid: Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in whole grains that studies have shown to inhibit 5-alpha-reductase in human skin. 5-alpha-reductase converts testosterone into dihydro-testostrone (DHT), accumulation of which in scalp is believed to be responsible for the male pattern hair loss. Inhibition of this enzyme by azelaic acid can reduce the concentration of DHT in scalp and therefore stimulate hair regrowth. Azelaic acid can be found in many prescription acne medication. Azelaic acid is added to minoxidil solutions because it has different mechanism of action in preventing hair loss. The combination of them results in a more efficient and effective method to decrease the levels of DHT and speed up the process of hair regrowth significantly!!!
Retinol: studies showed that combining minoxidil and retinol works better than minoxidil alone due to the enhanced penetration of minoxidil and improved scalp condition [ Yoo HG et al, "the additive effects of minoxidil and retinol on human hair growth in vitro." Bio Pharm Bull. 2007, 20(1): 21-6].
Biotin: Also called Vitamin B7. It is the single most important vitamin that is widely used in various nutrient sumpplements to help hair grow faster, longer, and stronger.
Niacin (B3), B6 (Folic Acid), B12 (Cyanocobalmin): They are important vitamins that help blood circulation and transport oxygen to hair follicle and therefore enhance hair growth.
Adenosine: According to a study conducted by Japanese cosmetic firm Shiseido, the results of a randomized, placebo-controlled study of 30 Japanese women suffering from hair loss who used its hair growth product that has adenosine as the sole effective ingredient twice daily for one year showed that adenosine significantly improves hair loss by stimulating hair growth and thickening the shaft of each hair.

Во блин. НАРОООООООД а где же отзывы то. Что ж на каждой строчке только то где купить и сколько стоит. Я вот начал пользоваться, так у меня через меся голова начала зудеться. Ощущение что горит кожа в некоторых местах. Может аллергия!!! Я не знаю. Но эффект такой был. Пока прекратил.

Доброго времени суток!
Я очень извиняюсь, могли бы вы ответить на один вопрос...
Мне 22 года, очень часто сидел на диетах и организм не получал витамины, и в последние пару лет очень сильно начали сыпаться волосы и объём уменьшился примерно в три раза, видна даже кожа головы, хотя раньше были достаточно густые. На данный момент употребляю множество витаминов и пищевых добавок, врач так же прописал и миноксидил 5, никаких отклонений вроде от нормы нет, гормоны и щитовидка в порядке, только немного не хватает витаминов. В семье по мужской линии с обеих сторон облысения нет. В рецепте написано, что нужно наносить на голову два раза в сутки (утром и вечером), но не написано на какой срок наносить, укутывать ли голову в полотенце, как при обычных масках для волос и смывать ли потом? ведь с головой намазанной лекарством на работу не очень приятно ехать.
Надеюсь на Ваш скорый ответ, заранее большое спасибо.

Привет. У меня среднее облысение и я пробовал миноксидил покупая его в Киеве через интеренет. Препарат Крикленд. После полугода использования пришёл к выводу , что препарат абсолютно не помогает. Использование его это деньги выброшенные на ветер, лучше-б я эти деньги положил на депозит добовлял-бы потихоньку и накопив 2-3 тыс. зелени потратил-бы на действительно работающую методику к тому времени. PS А в форуме сайта отзывы были исключительно положительные.

Я пользуюсь 5% миноксидилом компании Kirkland чуть больше месяца, из-за залысин и редеющей линии волос, хотя на самом флаконе написано, что препарат для этого не предназначен. Положительный результат уже заметен, на залысинах волосы вновь стали расти и линия волос становиться все более отчетливой. Сейчас волосы тонкие и не длинные, но заметно как они изменяются в лучшую сторону. Не знаю, может быть у каждого человека это индивидуально, и не каждый будет восприимчив к миноксидилу в случае редеющей линии волос, но исходя из своего опыта скажу, что попробовать стоит. Я купил миноксидил на Ebay с доставкой из США, там намного дешевле и точно без подделок...

Препарат работает - первые результаты после 6 месяцев применения. Я закал Kirkland 2% на ebay. Вместе с пересылкой курс на 12 мес обошелся в 1800 руб. Так что не ведитесь на скидки интернет-магазинов, закажите сами и лечите свои волосы. Всем удачи. Мне 29 лет, борюсь с андрогенной аллопецией уже 5 лет. Результаты есть))) тьфу-тьфу-тьфу

На текущий момент у пилфуда закончилась лицензия по украине. Есть более оптимальный аналог, называется минокс... стоит всего 90 грн! за флакон!

Странно, но я покупал миноксидил на minoxidil-shop.ua. До этого я покупал через посредников в США (через амазон). Флаконы абсолютно одинаковый и запах тоже. Я никого не хочу защитить, но Вы пишете полную чушь. Если у Вас были сомнения в подлинности препаратов, то почему не сдали образцы в лабораторию для анализа...

Попробовал и заметил ,волосы стали лучше.Заказал 3 раз(по 3)С третьего заказа ужасно облысел.Явно отравил волосы.Вроде коробочки одинаковые.Получается купил отраву под названием "крикленд"5%?
Стала лысеть после гормонального сбоя, где-то 2,5 года назад. Лечусь Рогейном 2%(миноксидилом для женщин) 4 месяца. Привезли из Америки. Результат - перестали выпадать волосы и прошла боль на коже головы. Но всё остановилось везде кроме передней линии волос. Там - боль осталась, да и непонятно - продолжается выпадение или просто волосы не восстанавливаются... Говорят, что на переднюю линию надо Nanominox, но пока денег нет, да и в Украине он очень дорогой, а из Америки больше привозить некому. Хочу освоить доставку по ebay или amazon, но сама пока не могу разобраться, может кто-то поможет? Ребята, как там сделать заказ?

С момента начала выпадения волос до диагноза "Андрогенная алопеция" прошло примерно 1,5 года. волосы поредели на макушке и появились залысины у лба. По почте заказал 5% Киркланд. Примерно через 2 недели на залысинах появилось множество тонких волосков. потом начали понемногу "толстеть" и приобретать черный(родной) цвет. Пользуюсь препаратом 4 месяца. Выпадение почти прекратилось, визуально залысины выглядят намного лучше. На макушке по субъективным наблюдениям со стороны тоже заметны положительные изменения. Препарат действительно помогает. все зависит наверно от степени облысения.
