Good evening! At me such question: today on training during run there was a trauma in the left leg or foot in calf... A pain and as though two clicks... Up to it is matte has jumped on right... On left have put or applied an ice! What eto can be for a trauma and what treatment? I go lame on noske, painfully to unbend a leg or foot, pulls, painfully....
