    Æóðíàë "Ñòîìàòîëîãèÿ" ÿâëÿåòñÿ ñàìûì àâòîðèòåòíûì ïåðèîäè÷åñêèì èçäàíèåì ïî ñòîìàòîëîãèè â Ðîññèè. Çà ïîñëåäíèå òðè ãîäà â æóðíàëå ïîÿâèëàñü âñåãî ëèøü îäíà ïóáëèêàöèÿ, ïîñâÿù¸ííàÿ îçîíîòåðàïèè ÷åëþñòíî-ëèöåâîé îáëàñòè.  òî æå âðåìÿ îáùåå ÷èñëî ïóáëèêàöèé î ïðèìåíåíèè îçîíà â ìåäèöèíå íåóêëîííî ïîâûøàåòñÿ.



    Îïðåäåë¸ííîå âëèÿíèå íà òàêóþ ñèòóàöèþ îêàçûâàåò â òîì ÷èñëå è íåîäíîçíà÷íîå îòíîøåíèå âðà÷åáíîãî ñîîáùåñòâà ê îçîíîòåðàïèè.



    Ïðåäëàãàåòñÿ êðàòêîå èçëîæåíèå ñòàòüè î ïðèìåíåíèè îçîíà â ëå÷åíèè âîñïàëèòåëüíûõ çàáîëåâàíèé ìÿãêèõ òêàíåé ÷åëþñòíî-ëèöåâîé îáëàñòè.



    Íà áàçå Ìîñêîâñêîãî ãîñóäàðñòâåííîãî ìåäèêî-ñòîìàòîëîãè÷åñêîãî óíèâåðñèòåòà ïðîâåäåíà ðàáîòà, ïîñâÿù¸ííàÿ ïðèìåíåíèþ ìåäèöèíñêîãî îçîíà â êîìïëåêñíîì ëå÷åíèè áîëüíûõ ñ âÿëîòåêóùèìè ãíîéíûìè âîñïàëèòåëüíûìè ïðîöåññàìè ÷åëþñòíî-ëèöåâîé îáëàñòè (×ËÎ), ñîïðîâîæäàþùèìèñÿ ñíèæåíèåì ôàãîöèòàðíîé àêòèâíîñòè ëåéêîöèòîâ (ÔÀË).



    Ó 63 áîëüíûõ ïðèìåíåíèå òðàäèöèîííîãî ëå÷åíèÿ íå ïðèâîäèëî ê ñóùåñòâåííûì èçìåíåíèÿì óðîâíÿ ôàãîöèòîçà. Èñïîëüçîâàíèå â êîìïëåêñíîì ëå÷åíèè ìåäèöèíñêîãî îçîíà íîðìàëèçîâàëî ÔÀË è ñïîñîáñòâîâàëî áûñòðåéøåé ëèêâèäàöèè âîñïàëåíèÿ.



    Îçîíèðîâàíèå 0,9% ðàñòâîðà õëîðèäà íàòðèÿ, äèñòèëëèðîâàííîé ñîäû, àóòîêðîâè îñóùåñòâëÿëè ïðè ïîìîùè ñåðèéíî âûïóñêàåìîãî àïïàðàòà "Êâàçàð".



    Ìåñòíûå ñïîñîáû âêëþ÷àëè â ñåáÿ îáðàáîòêó ãíîéíûõ ïîëîñòåé ïîñëå âñêðûòèÿ ãíîéíûõ î÷àãîâ îçîíèðîâàííîé äèñòèëëèðîâàííîé âîäîé, à òàêæå áëîêàäû âîñïàëèòåëüíûõ èíôèëüòðàòîâ îçîíèðîâàííûì 0,9% ðàñòâîðîì õëîðèäà íàòðèÿ ïî òèïó èíôèëüòðàöèîííîé àíåñòåçèè.

    Îáùèìè ìåòîäàìè îçîíèðîâàíèÿ áûëè âíóòðèâåííîå êàïåëüíîå ââåäåíèå 200 ìë ôèç. ð-ðà, ìàëàÿ àóòîãåìîîçîíîòåðàïèÿ (5 ìë âåíîçíîé îçîíèðîâàííîé êðîâè ââîäÿò â\ì).



     ðåçóëüòàòå èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ â êîìïëåêñíîì ëå÷åíèè ìåä.îçîíà â îòëè÷èå îò òðàäèöèîííîãî ìåòîäà îòìå÷àåòñÿ çíà÷èòåëüíàÿ àêòèâàöèÿ ôàãîöòèîçà; ýòîò ýôôåêò íàáëþäàëñÿ íà 5-é äåíü è ñîõðàíÿëñÿ íà 15-é. Âàæíî ïîä÷åðêíóòü, ÷òî îí â íàèáîëüøåé ñòåïåíè âûðàæåí ó áîëüíûõ ñ íèçêîé ÔÀË ïðè ïîñòóïëåíèè.



    Èçìåíåíèÿ ïîêàçàòåëÿ ÔÀË êîððåëèðîâàëè ñ äèíàìèêîé êëèíè÷åñêèõ äàííûõ, ÷òî âûðàæàëîñü â èçìåíåíèè òàêèõ îñíîâíûõ êëèíè÷åñêèõ ïîêàçàòåëåé, êàê ñðîêè ãíîåòå÷åíèÿ, ýêêñóäàöèè, à òàêæå ïîÿâëåíèÿ ãðàíóëÿöèé è çàæèâëåíèÿ; îíè ñóùåñòâåííî çàâèñåëè îò ïðîâîäèìîãî ëå÷åíèÿ è ðàçëè÷àëèñü â ãðóïïàõ èññëåäîâàíèÿ.



    Ñëåäîâàòåëüíî, îçîíîòåðàïèÿ, èñïîëüçóåìàÿ â êîìïëåêñíîì ëå÷åíèè îãðàíè÷åííûõ âÿëîòåêóùèõ âîñïàëèòåëüíûõ çàáîëåâàíèé ìÿãêèõ òêàíåé ×ËÎ, ïðèâîäèò ê íîðìàëèçàöèè ÔÀË, ÷òî ÿâëÿåòñÿ âàæíûì ôàêòîðîì â êîððåêöèè âîñïàëèòåëüíûõ ïðîöåññîâ ýòèõ áîëüíûõ.



    Âðåìÿ çàæèâëåíèÿ ñîêðàùàåòñÿ â 2 ðàçà, â ñðåäíåì íà 8 ñóòîê, ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ òàêîâûìè ó ëèö, ïîëó÷àâøèõ òðàäèöèîííîå ëå÷åíèå.



    Ó áîëüíûõ, êîòîðûì ïðîâîäèëàñü îçîíîòåðàïèÿ, íå îòìå÷åíî ñëó÷àåâ ïîâòîðíîãî àáñöåäèðîâàíèÿ, â êîíòðîëüíîé ãðóïïå - ðåöèäèâ ó 5 áîëüíûõ.

    Ïîêà "÷åðíèòü" íå áóäó, íî ýòî íå íàñòîÿùàÿ ìåäèöèíà, ïðàâäà ÈÌÕÎ, êîíå÷íî...



    Íåò,íåò, íèêàêîãî ïðîðûâíîãî çíà÷åíèÿ â ìåäèöèíå îçîíó ïðèñâàèâàòü íå ñëåäóåò. Ìû íå íåðâíè÷àåì, êîãäà ãîâîðèì, ÷òî âñêðûòûé ãíîéíèê äðåíèðîâàí ðåçèíîâîé ïîëîñêîé èëè òóðóíäîé ñ ôóðàöèëëèíîì, íî òî, ÷òî ãíîéíàÿ ðàíà ïîäâåðãíóòà èððèãàöèè îçîíèðîâàííîé âîäîé - íàñ íàïðÿãàåò, âñ¸ âðåìÿ ÷óäèòñÿ, ÷òî ïðåäëàãàþò î÷åðåäíóþ ïàíàöåþ. Îçîí - ìåòîä âûáîðà íàðÿäó ñ ìàðãàíöîâêîé èëè îáëó÷åíèåì êîæè óëüòðàôèîëåòîì. Ïðè òàêîì ïîäõîäå ýòî íå áóäåò íèêîãî íàïðÿãàòü.

    Ñ ïðèõîäîì îçîíà ðåâîëþöèè â ìåäèöèíå íå ïðîèçîøëî. Ãëàâíîå ïðàâèëüíî îáîçíà÷èòü ñôåðû ïðèìåíåíèÿ. Ïðàêòè÷åñêàÿ ìåäèöèíà âñ¸ ïîñòàâèò íà ñâîè ìåñòà, îçîí ïîïðîáóþò íà âñ¸ì, íà ÷¸ì ìîæíî è â êîíöå îñòàíóòñÿ ñôåðû ïðèìåíåíèÿ, êàê ìíå êàæåòñÿ äîâîëüíî ñêðîìíûå. È ìíîãèå ïàöèåíòû ââèäó îñîáåííîñòåé ìûøëåíèÿ çàõîòÿò ïîïðîáîâàòü íà ñåáå îçîí, áûëî âåäü ñîîáùåíèå, ÷òî íîâûå ðóññêèå â Áàäåí-Áàäåíå î÷åíü îõîòíî îçîíèðóþòñÿ. Ïðîéä¸ò è ýòî.

    Áëàãîäàðþ çà ñóùåñòâåííîå äîïîëíåíèå. Òàêîãî ðîäà èññëåäîâàíèÿ äîëæíû ïðîâîäèòüñÿ êîððåêòíî, èíà÷å èõ öåííîñòü çíà÷èòåëüíî óìåíüøàåòñÿ.



    Ñëåäóåò ïðèçíàòü, ÷òî ïðèìåíåíèå îçîíèðîâàííîé âîäû ïðè ëå÷åíèè êàíàëîâ çóáîâ èìååò îãðàíè÷åííûé õàðàêòåð ââèäó ñëîæíîñòè ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ òàêîé âîäû, íåñòàáèëüíîñòè êîíöåíòðàöèè îçîíà, ïîâðåæäàþùåãî äåéñòâèÿ îçîíà íà äûõàòåëüíóþ ñèñòåìó.



    Ïðèìåíåíèå 0,05-0,5% ð-ðà NaOCl äëÿ ýòèõ æå öåëåé âûçûâàåò èçìåíåíèå ñòðóêòóðû òâ¸ðäûõ òêàíåé çóáà, õðóïêîñòü, ñíèæåíèå ïðî÷íîñòè è òàêæå íåáåçîïàñíî äëÿ äûõàòåëüíîé ñèñòåìû.



    Ñëåäóåò òàêæå ñîãëàñèòüñÿ ñ âûñêàçàííûì â discussion ìíåíèåì î òîì, ÷òî âíåäðåíèå íîâûõ òåõíîëîãèé äîëæíî èìåòü ïðåæäå âñåãî çàäà÷ó áåçîïàñíîñòè.

    Äëÿ ïîäòâåðæäåíèÿ ñâîåãî çàìå÷àíèÿ â ïðåäûäóùåì ñîîáùåíèè (¹11), ÷òî èñïîëüçóÿ ðàçëè÷íûå ïî êîíöåíòðàöèÿì ðàñòâîðåííîãî â âîäå îêèñëèòåëÿ, òàêîãî æå îçîíà, èññëåäîâàòåëè, åñòåñòâåííî áóäóò ïîëó÷àòü ñîâåðøåííî ðàçíûå ðåçóëüòàòû, ïðèâîæó ñëåäóþùóþ ðàáîòó.

    Antimicrobial Effect of Ozonated Water against Bacteria in Dentinal Tubules

    Objective: Ozonated water is known as a powerful antimicrobial agent against bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses. Recently, we have demonstrated that ozonated water reduced the viability of oral microorganisms, suggesting that ozonated water might be useful to control oral infection. In the present study, we established in vitro root canal model, and examined whether ozonated water has antimicrobial effect on bacteria invading into root dentinal tubules. Methods: Standardized bovine dentin blocks were infected with Enterococcus faecalis or Streptococcus mutans, and irrigated with ozonated water or other irrigants such as 2.5% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). Dentin tips were then scraped from the pulpal surface of BHI broth. Each suspension of dentin tips including bacteria was cultured on BHI agar, and colony-forming unit (CFU) was counted. Irrigated dentin blocks were also sectioned and stained with LIVE/DEAD®BacLightTM Bacterial Viability Kit (Molecular Proves) to detect the viability of S. mutans invading into dentinal tubules. We further examined the cytotoxicity of ozonated water against L-929 mouse fibroblasts by MTT assay. Results: The viability of E. faecalis and S. mutans invading into dentinal tubules significantly decreased by the irrigation with ozonated water. Furthermore, the treatment with ozonated water in combination with ultrasonication had a strong antimicrobial effect, which was almost same with that of 2.5% NaOCl. Ozonated water had almost no cytotoxicity on fibroblasts, while 2.5% NaOCl significantly decreased the viability of fibroblasts in vitro culture system. Conclusion: These results indicated that ozonated water has the antimicrobial effect on oral bacteria invading into dentinal tubules in endodontic therapy.     Ëå÷åíèå êîðíåâûõ êàíàëîâ (êîððåêòíåå ãîâîðèòü î ñèñòåìå êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà) ÿâëÿåòñÿ ìíîãîòðóäíîé çàäà÷åé. Èððèãàöèÿ êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà, óäàëåíèå ñìàçàííîãî ñëîÿ, îòìûâàíèå óñòüåâ äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöåâ, áàêòåðèöèäíîå âîçäåéñòâèå â ãëóáèíó äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöåâ - ýòî òîëüêî îäèí èç ýòàïîâ ëå÷åíèÿ êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà.



    Ó÷èòûâàÿ ñëîæíóþ òîïîãðàôèþ êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà, íàëè÷èå ïàðàëëåëüíûõ ãëàâíîìó êàíàëó îòâåòâëåíèé è êîðíåâîé äåëüòû (3ìì äî àïåêñà), ñëåäóåò âûáðàòü ñòðàòåãèþ ðàñøèðåíèÿ êàíàëà (îñîáåííî â àïèêàëüíîé òðåòè) äëÿ îáúåäèíåíèÿ ýòèõ îòâåòâëåíèé. Ïðîáëåìà äåçèíôåêöèè è çàïå÷àòûâàíèÿ óñòüåâ äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöåâ âûõîäèò íà îäíî èç ïåðâûõ ìåñò.



    Ïîýòîìó â àðñåíàëå ñòîìàòîëîãà äîëæíû áûòü òàêèå èððèãàöèîííûå ñðåäñòâà, êîòîðûå áû õîðîøî ñìûâàëè ñìàçàííûé ñëîé, äåçèíôèöèðîâàëè ñèñòåìó êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà, íå íàðóøàëè ñòðóêòóðó òâ¸ðäûõ òêàíåé, íå îáëàäàëè áû òîêñè÷åñêèì äåéñòâèåì íà ìàêðîîðãàíèçì.



    Îçîíîòåðàïèÿ ïîçæå ÷åì â äðóãèå îòðàñëè ïðèøëà â ñòîìàòîëîãèþ. Åñòü îïðåäåë¸ííûå õîðîøèå ðåçóëüòàòû, íî ãîâîðèòü îá óíèâåðñàëüíîñòè è àëüòåðíàòèâíîñòè îçîíà òðàäèöèîííûì ìåòîäàì ïîêà ðàíîâàòî. Íåîáõîäèìà áîëüøàÿ ïðîâåðêà âðåìåíåì, ïðèíÿòèå ìåòîäà íàó÷íûìè ñòîìàòîëîãè÷åñêèìè øêîëàìè, âðà÷åáíûì ñîîáùåñòâîì.



    Ïîëîæèòåëüíîå â ýòîì õîòÿ áû òî, ÷òî íàóêà íå ñòîèò íà ìåñòå. Õîòÿ ïðèìåíåíèå îçîíà ñâÿçàíî ñ äîðîãîñòîÿùåé àïïàðàòóðîé, ýíåðãî¸ìêèì ïðèãîòîâëåíèåì aqua bidestillata äëÿ îçîíèðîâàíèÿ, áûñòðûì ñíèæåíèåì êîíöåíòðàöèè Îç â âîäå, íå äî êîíöà èññëåäîâàííûì äåéñòâèåì íà ìàêðîîðãàíèçì, ðàáîòû â ýòîì íàïðàâëåíèè äîëæíû ïðîäîëæàòüñÿ.



    Ñëåäóåò ñêàçàòü, ÷òî ãèïîõëîðèò íàòðèÿ ÿâëÿåòñÿ î÷åíü ðàñïðîñòðàí¸ííûì, õîðîøèì ñðåäñòâîì äëÿ äåçèíôåêöèè êàíàëîâ, 3% ðàñòâîð åãî òåðÿåò 50% àêòèâíîãî õëîðà òîëüêî ÷åðåç 5 ëåò.



    Âàæíûì ìîìåíòîì â ëå÷åíèè êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà ÿâëÿåòñÿ êîíòðîëüíàÿ ðåíòãåíîãðàôèÿ äëÿ ïðîâåðêè êà÷åñòâà ïëîìáèðîâàíèÿ. Õîðîøèå ðåçóëüòàòû äà¸ò ïëîìáèðîâàíèå êàíàëà ãóòòàïåð÷åâûìè øòèôòàìè ìåòîäîì ëàòåðàëüíîé êîíäåíñàöèè è äðóãèå ìåòîäû.



    Ñåé÷àñ äëÿ ýíäîäîíòèè èìååòñÿ î÷åíü áîëüøîé âûáîð ñîâðåìåííûõ èíñòðóìåíòîâ: ðàçëè÷íûå ôàéëû äëÿ ðàñøèðåíèÿ êàíàëîâ, îáðàáîòêè ñòåíîê. Äëÿ èððèãàöèè êàíàëà ïðèìåíÿþòñÿ ïëàñòèêîâûå èãëû ñ îòâåðñòèåì "â áîê", ãèáêèå íèêåëü-òèòàíîâûå èãëû. Äëÿ îïòèìèçàöèè èððèãàöèè ïðèìåíÿåòñÿ óëüòðàçâóê, êîòîðûé äîïîëíèòåëüíî àêòèâèðóåò ðàñòâîð. Åñòü òàêæå õîðîøèå ïëîìáèðîâî÷íûå ìàòåðèàëû.

    ß âåäü ïðèâåë ÿïîíñêóþ ñòàòüþ íå äëÿ ðåêëàìû îçîíà â ñòîìàòîëîãèè. Åñëè ó ìåíÿ áûëà áû òàêàÿ öåëü, òî ïðèâåë ñîâñåì äðóãèå ðàáîòû è íå ïî äåçèíôåêöèè êàíàëîâ. Äëÿ ìåíÿ, â ÿïîíñêîé ðàáîòå, îïðåäåëåííûé èíòåðåñ ïðåäñòàâèëà ôðàçà: «Ozonated water had almost no cytotoxicity on fibroblasts, while 2.5% NaOCl significantly decreased the viability of fibroblasts in vitro culture system». ×òî êàñàåòñÿ äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöåâ, òî âàðüèðóÿ êîíöåíòðàöèåé ðàñòâîðåííîãî îçîíà â äèñòèëëèðîâàííîé âîäå ìîæíî ïîëó÷àòü áàêòåðèöèäíûé ýôôåêò è ìåíüøèé è áîëüøèé, ÷åì, ê ïðèìåðó, 2.5% NaOCl. Òàê êàê èñïîëüçóåìûå äëÿ ýòèõ öåëåé êîíöåíòðàöèè ðàñòâîðåííîãî îçîíà âñå ðàâíî ñóùåñòâåííî íèæå ïðåäåëà ðàñòâîðèìîñòè îçîíà â âîäå, òî îçîíèðîâàííàÿ âîäà ïðàêòè÷åñêè íå «ãàçèò» è áåçîïàñíà äëÿ äûõàòåëüíûõ ïóòåé, à ñòîèìîñòü å¸ êîïåå÷íàÿ.     Ãîòîâûå ê óïîòðåáëåíèþ ðàñòâîðû ãèïîõëîðèòà íàòðèÿ äëÿ ýíäîäîíòèè èìåþò âûðàæåííóþ ùåëî÷íóþ ðåàêöèþ, ãèïåðòîíè÷åñêèå ñâîéñòâà è íîìèíàëüíóþ êîíöåíòðàöèþ 1 -5% àêòèâíîãî õëîðà.



    Ïîïóëÿðíîñòü NaOCI â êà÷åñòâå èððèãàöèîííîãî ðàñòâîðà äëÿ ýíäîäîíòèè îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ îáùåäîñòóïíîñòüþ è äåøåâèçíîé ðàñòâîðà. Âî ìíîãèõ èññëåäîâàíèÿõ ïðîäåìîíñòðèðîâàíû åãî àíòèñåïòè÷åñêèå è ðàñòâîðÿþùèå ñâîéñòâà.  ÷àñòíîñòè, NaOCI îêàçûâàåò áûñòðûé áàêòåðèöèäíûé ýôôåêò â îòíîøåíèè âåãåòèðóþùèõ ôîðì, ñïîðîîáðàçóþùèõ áàêòåðèé, ãðèáîâ, ïðîñòåéøèõ è âèðóñîâ (âêëþ÷àÿ ÂÈ×, ðîòàâèðóñ, HSV-1 è -2, âèðóñû ãåïàòèòà À è Â).



    Òî÷íûé ìåõàíèçì àíòèìèêðîáíîé àêòèâíîñòè NaOCI íå äî êîíöà ÿñåí, íî îí ìîæåò îïðåäåëÿòüñÿ ôîðìèðîâàíèåì ãèïîõëîðèñòîé êèñëîòû è âûñâîáîæäåíèåì àêòèâíîãî õëîðà, êîòîðûé ïðèâîäèò ê îêèñëåíèþ ñóëüôãèäðèëüíûõ ãðóïï âàæíûõ áàêòåðèàëüíûõ ôåðìåíòîâ. Îäíàêî, íåò åäèíîãî ìíåíèÿ ïî âîïðîñó îá îïòèìàëüíîé êîíöåíòðàöèè ãèïîõëîðèòà íàòðèÿ äëÿ ïðèìåíåíèÿ â ýíäîäîíòèè.



    Ãèïîõëîðèò íàòðèÿ îáëàäàåò âûðàæåííûìè ðàñòâîðÿþùèìè ñâîéñòâàìè â îòíîøåíèè îñòàòêîâ ïóëüïû, äàæå íàõîäÿùèõñÿ â áîêîâûõ è äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ êàíàëàõ , à òàêæå îò÷àñòè ýôôåêòèâåí â îòíîøåíèè êîëëàãåíîâîãî ìàòðèêñà ïðåäåíòèíà;



    Ðàñòâîðÿþùèé ýôôåêò îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ êîíöåíòðàöèåé ãèïîõëîðèòà íàòðèÿ: ìàêñèìàëüíàÿ âûðàæåííîñòü ýôôåêòà ïðîÿâëÿåòñÿ ó 5% ðàñòâîðà NaOCI.

Ýòî äîïîëíèòåëüíîå èññëåäîâàíèå ÿïîíöû ñäåëàëè íàâåðíî ÷òîáû îòáèòü âîçìîæíûå íàïàäêè íà ìåòîäèêó.



    Íî â íàøåì ñëó÷àå ýòî çàìå÷àòåëüíîå ñâîéñòâî îçîíà íå ïðèãîäèòñÿ, ïîòîìó ÷òî ïóëüïà çóáà óäàëåíà, ïèòàíèå êëåòî÷íûõ ñòðóêòóð ñî ñòîðîíû ïóëüïû â äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöàõ ïðåêðàùåíî. Äàëüíåéøóþ çàäà÷ó âûïîëíÿåò êà÷åñòâî ïëîìáèðîâêè - íàä¸æíîå çàïå÷àòûâàíèå óñòüåâ äåíòèííûõ êàíàëüöåâ è íàä¸æíàÿ îáòóðàöèÿ àïèêàëüíîãî îòâåðñòèÿ.

    Íî ýòî íå ñóòü âàæíî, ïîòîìó ÷òî èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÎÒ â ñòîìàòîëîãèè ëèøü äëÿ îáðàáîòêè êîðíåâûõ êàíàëîâ, ïî ìîåìó ìíåíèþ, ìàëî èíòåðåñíî. Î÷åíü ìîæåò áûòü, êàê óæå ïèñàë çäåñü ðàíåå, äëÿ ýòèõ öåëåé áîëåå óäîáåí, ê ïðèìåðó, ãèïîõëîðèò.

    Èññëåäîâàíèå êàê ðàç ïðîâîäèëîñü íà íàøåé êàôåäðå.  ñòàòüå ãîâîðèòñÿ î ëå÷åíèè ÂßËÎÒÅÊÓÙÈÕ âîñïàëèòåëüíûõ ïðîöåññîâ ×ËÎ è âî ãëàâó óãëà ñòàâèòñÿ èììóíîìîäóëèðóþùèé (ìîæåò ïðîñòî èììóíîñòèìóëèðóþùèé) ýôôåêò, à íå àíòèñåïòè÷åñêèé. Ïîýòîìó ðàçãîâîðû îá à/ñ îáðàáîòêå è ñïîñîáàõ äðåíèðîâàíèÿ ðàí òóò íè ïðè÷åì.

    Èíòåðåñíî äîëæíî áûòü êîå-÷òî äðóãîå: ýôôåêòèâíîñòü ìåòîäà ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ äðóãèìè ìåòîäàìè èììóíîñòèìóëÿöèè (-ìîäóëÿöèè - ÿ â ýòîì íå ïðîôè).
