Уважаемые врачи!
Говорят что когда девочке исполняется годик необходим осмотр гинеколога и что во многих случаях девочкам надрезают какую то пленку.Это правда?И что это такое?Раньше же не ходили с детками к гинекологу и ничего не надрезали.
Пожалуйста не смейтесь,если что не так.Просто на площадке мамы девочек говорят.

1-забудьте то-что слышали и побыстрее.
2-не нужно никуда ходить и надрезать
2-найдите другую площадку для прогулок.
3-врачи не смеются, врачам стало грустно
4-видимо ,действительно, мало йода в вашем регионе.

Наиболее вероятно, что речь идет о синехиях (сращении малых половых губ). Разрезать нужно если:
1. Оно есть
2. Оно вызывают накапливание мочи и воспаление.
Встречается такое довольно редко. Само рассечение - довольно простая процедура, выполняемая амбулаторно.

Уважаемая Ольга,
Хирургическая коррекция половых органов у детей достаточно редкая процедура, имеющая строгие показания. Это не прививка, она не проводится всем детям микрорайона. Посему Ваше сообщение о наличие на ОДНОЙ детской площадкe сразу нескольких детей, имеющих столь необычную проблему лично у меня вызывает недоумение. Так сколько же все-таки было детей? В любом случае, хочу вслед за коллегами, успокоить Вас и порекомендовать не прислушиваться к столь странным советам. Все Ваши сомнения, безусловно, лучше всего развеет педиатр при очередном очном визите. Здоровья Вам и Вашему ребенку.

Ольга, нет никакого сращения. Есть адгезия (слипание) малых половых губ. Это слипание тревожит Вас, а не Вашего ребёнка. Если Вы читаете по-английски, вот информация:

It means that the inner lips of her vagina — her labia minora — have become stuck together. This happens to about 2 percent of babies, and though the condition can be very upsetting for parents, in most cases it's nothing to worry about.
What causes labial adhesion?
Some little girls just seem to be predisposed to it. Experts think that it happens when the labia become irritated and raw, possibly from exposure to wet or dirty diapers, then fuse together as they heal. It tends to happen starting at about three months of age, just after the estrogen a baby has at birth from mom has tapered off, leaving the genital area less lubricated.
What can be done to treat it?
Don't try to pull your daughter's labia apart, since that could hurt and it will probably just grow together again. Unless the adhesion is causing any problems, it's best to leave it alone. The idea of your daughter having labial adhesion may bother you more than it actually bothers her.
If the adhesion, however, extends to cover the opening of the urethra and is trapping urine in the genital area, then you'll definitely want to see your child's doctor about treatment. Trapped urine can cause irritation and possibly infection. You can tell if your daughter's labial adhesions are covering the urethral opening just by looking at it. Her genital area may also look irritated and she may have a fever (due to infection).
Normally, doctors prescribe a topical estrogen cream to treat the problem. Your doctor will tell you to apply this cream directly to the affected tissue, and in about two weeks it should unseal the labia. Apply the cream with a cotton swab to the fusion line and try not to get much on the surrounding tissues. You'll probably start by doing it twice a day for two weeks, then once a day for another week or two. It's important to reduce the amount of estrogen cream you use gradually. "If you just stop the treatment suddenly, the labia will close up again," says Baltimore pediatrician Charles Shubin.
How can I prevent this from happening again?
While she's young, be vigilant about keeping her in a dry diaper. you might also apply a thin coat of vaseline after each diaper change to prevent more irritation.
Even if you do all you can, your daughter may continue to have adhesion on and off throughout childhood. It tends to clear up as a girl approaches puberty and her body starts producing higher levels of estrogen. Until then, though, there's no reason to worry about the adhesion if it's not causing any problems. Many little girls never even know they have it.

Если такое существует,а вы не знаете,то не зачем и отвечать.
Форум нужен для того,чтоб мы спрашивали совета и развеявали свои сомнения с помощью врачей.
А то,что может я не правильно описала,так я не врач.

Бессмысленные манипуляцими не становятся более разумными, если повторяются.
Попробую перевести все, что мы писали - синехии- частая, самопроизвольно исчезающая у большинства после полового созревания ситуация у девочек.
Если нет симптомов, лечить не надо. К памперсам, Чернобылю, перестройке и даже оранжевой революции все это не имет никакого отношнеия, что бы не говорили знакомая акушерка дяди Пети.
Нет оснований водить всех девочек к гинекологу, нет оснований рассекать и расекать всем синехии - даже бесплатно.
