To me of 45 years. In April, 2003 to me have removed a thyroid gland polnstju. The diagnosis: Adenocarcinoma papillare (fol v.) gl. thyreoideae st. II T2N0M0
Thyreoidectomia tot. 26.04.03. I-131 100 mCi.
I have passed or have taken place treatment radiaktivnym an iodine. I accept L-Thuroxini 100 mg. In day.
21.11.03 has passed or has taken place control stsintigraafia, at the control parameters garmonov shchitovidki TG <0,5 mU/1. Treatment has passed or has taken place successfully.
Accepted takju a dose garmonov 100 mg.
07.01.2004 my check analysises such:
S-TSH 1,48
S-fT3 5,36
S-aTG <20,0
S-TG <0,50
The doctor has increased a dose garmonov. Now I accept
1 day 100.
1 day of 125 mg.

By way of augmentation of a dose of a thyroxine I completely agree with your treating doctor. It is connected by that your disease developed and is inclined to retsidivirovaniju (to occurrence Mts) under action of normal and naturally high level TTG. And consequently we, for depression of this hormone we are compelled or forced to give high a dose of a thyroxine.

That disease is diagnosed at an early stage, operation has passed or has taken place successfully and correctly was spent the subsequent therapy - the scintigraphy confirms.
