Processing of a wound

In house conditions how I can process the festered wound on a greater toe at the child of 8 years (I assume a solution of potassium permanganate)

In house conditions - trays or basins in a solution margantsevokislogo a potassium and a laundry soap not less than three times a day (do not burn a skin - do not do or make a solution margantsevokislogo a potassium too strong!). Any purulent wound, especially at the child, demands internal observation of the surgeon.
