Hello.
One and a half year ago there was an operation on a knee joint (break of a meniscus, ligament or cord;sheaf, in general all is banal). But till now the knee disturbs. On a year-is clear or a year-clearly, but it starts to hurt and swell or be ill and swell;be sick and swell even after the minimal load. Track and field athletics for a long time is forgotten, but now I can not even allow itself of walk on foot. Except for it or this in a knee almost constant crunch (especially when longly is in one position).
On pictures like it's OK.
Prompt, please, that it is possible to make with a knee and when it will be possible to start normal trainings.
