I yesterday, walking upstairs in underground, have slipped and have fallen to the right knee which now very much hurts, it is difficult to move. Prompt, than except for "oa?OO?-gel"; which I calm or abirritate a pain, it is possible to help or assist still to myself and the knee will heal and hurt or heal and be ill;heal and be sick how long.

To help or assist itself follows thus: it is good to fasten a knee elastic bandage, to go to a fracture clinic, to pass or take place survey of the traumatologist, to make x-ray films - and further to recognize that thus it will be revealed. A knee joint - the most whimsical at the person, I do not advise you to be engaged in a selftreatment.
