Pains in ulnar joints

The dear doctor! A year I am am excruciated with strong pains in ulnar joints. In current of year on two times in each joint did or made nyxes "Kenolog", but pains pass or take place month on three. Six years ago was perekardit which has passed in chronic???. Help or assist as it is possible to cure a joint pain? It is impossible to touch an arm or a hand an elbow.

Would advise to be surveyed at the neuropathologist, to make roentgenography of a cervical department of a backbone - it is not excluded, that the problem with ulnar joints "grows" therefrom. About a pericarditis consult to the cardiologist, and if necessary - with the cardiosurgeon.
