Inspissation in an axilla

Hello!
To me 24 years, go in for sports. Couple of days back in the right axilla has found out inspissation. At a touch not bolezneno, somewhere 1 sm, on color is little bit more dark than a skin around. Temperatures are not present, samochustvie, fie-fie, normal, any dyscomfort. What is it can be?

Perhaps, an atheroma. Perhaps, any other good-quality tumour... And can be, you have transferred or carried a hydradenitis, and these are the residual phenomena? Not seeing, in this case it is possible to guess only. Show this inspissation to the surgeon.
