Tell or Say, please, how long it is possible to use cream EMLA for anesthesia of a defecation at a crack.

As the structure of a cream includes Lidocainum which has a set of by-effects it is not necessary to use this preparation more longly 2 weeks. On the other hand, to use only Emla at a crack it is absolutely not correct!
