Prompt, please, than differs varikotsele from a cyst of a seed or spermatic funicle? To us today diagnosed a cyst. Before the pediatrist has put a hernia (mosh. A-inguen.) but the surgeon has told or said that tends to a cyst. The cyst as I have understood, is more difficultly operated.
