Plural atheromas of the face

At my friend on the face repeatedly cut out atheromas. But after that they again appeared. The diagnosis proved to be true gistologicheski.
Localization: a forehead on the right, behind both auricles, a hair part of a head around of ears.
From these places purulently serous liquid periodically exudes.
What other diseases can probably cause it?
What modern techniques treatment are? What preparations should be accepted, except for standard?
