Hello. At me the closed fracture of a sacrum was 1 one month ago, till now hurts. What to do or make? When it will be possible to borrow or occupy in active sports?

For anesthesia it is possible to rub mestno dihlofenak (ointment or gel), -gel or any other ointments and gels with nonsteroid resolvents. In terms of restriction of exercise stresses it is possible to be guided, knowing character of fracture; would advise to discuss this problem with the indicating of details in conference "Orthopedist-traumatologist".
