The slice of a kidney containing up to 10 glomuluses without hypercellularity, with thin basal membranes. In individual glomerulah an eosinophilic exudate in cavities of a capsule and gentle synechias with a capsule. Albuminous granular and focal gialinovokapelnaja a dystrophia of an epithelium izvityh canaliculuses. The moderate sclerosis stenok interlobuljarnyh arteries. In cortical substance, is closer to cerebral, otmchaetsja polosovidnyj a site of a sclerosis interstitsija with a focal atrophy of canaliculuses and focal linfoidnoj infiltration, peri vascular and periglomuljarnym a sclerosis.
Brief clinical data:
Amendment in the general or common analyses of urine since September, 2005, O.A.K. - SOE-6; O.A.M. - fiber 4,25-leucocytes - 7-9-12, erythrocytes--5-10, days protenurija - 2,25.
In the evening - temperature 37,1-5. Pressure and a raft. Urine in norm or rate, in urine constantly there are Sodium oxalatums
