Hello! Recently has found inspissation in a testicle, descended or went to the urologist, that has sent on US, there have found an inflammation of an appendage.
Question N1: whether the inflammation without any signs Can proceed? (painful sensations, both were not, and are not present).
Question N2: the Urologist has told or said about the following: the Pain is not present - to treat it is not necessary. Go home
It is the best advice or council?
Question N3: And that inspissation, iz-for which I have gone to the urologist (on the testicle) on US have not found. I distinctly or clearly feel it or him, especially when the scrotum is weakened. It very firm, the size about millimeter. If this cancer education in an initial stage, US can not find out it or him? If there is no that what is it can be?
