At my husband (to him of 69 years) an adenoma of a prostate. In 2002 analysis PSA was 4, 6. For its or his age then it was in norm or rate. In December 2003. Psa was 2, 1. But the adenoma has strongly grown. At inspection in hospital in March PSA did not repeat, but on other parameters (the US and pr) while have decided to not do or make operation. And now at it or him PSA 7, 4. What to do or make? To lay down on operation or to do or make a biopsy? Thanks.
