Hello! Whether the urologist can vrach-"open" a head of a penis of the one-year-old kid, or it is necessary to address to the surgeon? And whether it is necessary to do or make it at this age? I know, that at kids a physiological phimosis which by 2 3 years should pass or take place, but the pediatrist have told or said, that, that at the boy small dyrochka, and that the head itself never will open. I shall be grateful for the answer.

Once again I express the opinion based or founded;established on personal long-term experience. To not open, wait for the period of puberty. That up to " small dyrochki ", not this main thing. If during the moment of an emiction the preputial saccule "is not inflated" or distended" mochej all is normal.
And when there will be a puberty? (at us a similar problem)
