Trauma kolenki

Couple of weeks back, still when there was a winter, I have slipped on an ice and is sick enough ushibla left kolenku. Could go at once, and now I go normally, without any sensations. But if to touch kolenku its or her surface not round, I as though with a dent, and more under a skin any features similar naoshchup on splinters are rolled. It is not sick almost, well unless absolutely slightly.
What to me to do or make? Whether I to myself could shatter any bone? And how it can be, if to me is not sick? And whether it is necessary to run somewhere, and it is how much urgent?
