Hello. It is More than month back at falling on a skating rink or roll has strongly dislocated a leg or foot (shchikolotku). Next morning hardly could rise on it or her: a pain, a strong edema. The doctor in a fracture clinic has told or said, that a strong stretching of ligaments or cords, the sick-list has given, recommended to limit movement, an elastic roller, "Indovazin".. In bandage the leg or foot constantly became numb, there was a strong hematoma on all stop. In some days, a code the tumour slept, I have replaced bandage with a special hard elastic golf: the hematoma has passed or has taken place on eyes. Now I go normally, but in the field of shchikolotki "tumescence" is still saved. And, it, likely, will seem to you silly, at me all footwear on heels, but to go on them I still not in a status - painfully! SAME NOT FOR EVER?? That to me to do or make to accelerate process of convalescence and to avoid negative consequences (if they in this case are possible or probable).
