I per 1976 have returned from army with 2 oh group of physical inability, have freezed both legs or foots, but gradually all has passed or has taken place. But year to 3 that nazat I began to notice, that the onychalgia, hardly above a heel in the mornings began to appear, and later I have noticed any outgrowths on a tendon, in the form of walnuts which as though compress a tendon, framing a pain above a heel. Recently the pain has become frequent, especially after long walking, there is a so-called duck walking, do not miss yet. The pain, on not for long vanishes after a compress Propolisum, or a salty solution. The serious, country life forces to move much, likely therefore pains became daily.
