My husband has received the open screw fracture golenostopa, doctors have told or said that probably two variants of treatment: apparatus Ilizarova or applying of a plate.
What method for today more preferable and what about term of a finding in a gypsum?

As a rule, at the open fractures is preferred external bracing by apparatus (Ilizarova, for example). The gypsum thus is not imposed.
