To me 25. I am engaged 3 years in an exercise room is a knee-bend with a bar, stanovaja draft and other exercises where the girdle puts on. Recently at me 2 disks (in district of scapulas and in a cervical department) which has set kostoprav have jumped out. After that the doctor has advised 4 5 days without sharp movements and loads.
