Vomiting after a breakfast. Why?

Hello! At me such problem. Several weeks ago (somewhere on June, 18-20th) I had a strong heatstroke (with a vomiting, a syncope and temperature 39,6). After that at me till now delicacy, and last days a sudden vomiting after a breakfast. And then all passes or takes place. What could it be?
