Hello, the doctor!
To me of 26 years, a way of life sedentary (I sit at a computer). I sometimes have spastic strictures in calfs. Occurs or happens unexpectedly, it is not obligatory after loads, and even in the morning after a dream. The spastic stricture lasts minute, and then all passes or takes place. Unpleasantly. Children at me while are not present. But today has thought, and if this muck during sorts or labors happens: ((.
I wish to ask your advice or council, how much or as far as it is dangerous, on what depends how to struggle and to what question to address.
