Serious head

Hello.
To me of 25 years.
Help or Assist to clear a situation please. What with me it is created? Here a week at me a strange status. Something not clear is created with a head. Temperature normal 36.6, and she (head) serious and sensation of a prostration. As if it is turned (at sharp movements sometimes all floats before eyes).
