Hello!
Recently has faced such problem. I go for a year to study to China, to Pekin. From university to me have sent the invitation and here such :Foreigner Physical Examination Form http: // www.cie.sdu.edu.cn/eng/service3.htm . Prompt, in what medical institutions of Moscow I can fill this form? And that has come in international medtsentr "Rusitalmed" on Old Arbate, at me have looked or seen as on :-)
