BALES (Complex immunoglobulinovyj the preparation for enteral application dry) - quite good immunostimuljator, not bad helps or assists at a dysbacteriosis. Usually standard course - 2 times day within 5 days. But nevertheless I advise to learn or find out EXACT duration of a course from your doctor.
