Prompt!!! I drink contraceptive (Mersilon) and have recovered for last 6 months on 5 kg. Whether Iz-for tablets it and how with these or it;this to struggle?

To me my doctor spoke what to recover from OK quite really and has advised a diet: well, there, macaroni, bread, a potato it is impossible, sweets it is impossible, it is less to drink (liquids) in the evening, after 18 hours not is, to salt less. And I from job come at 20 o'clock and metu all successively, and there is in the house basically a potato and macaroni:) And to salt I like... Also has added for half a year of 10 kg.
