The dear doctor! I periodically have cramps in muscles of an anticnemion. Reduces usually at night, in a dream, on neskolku days successively. And now and in the afternoon (probably, after intensive employment or occupations with jumps and colds in the street though I do or make the extension always). At my sister and mum it too often happens. It can a disadvantage any vitami be new or minerals and in general to what it is to the doctor? Thanks
