Hello, the dear doctor. On February, 24th to me have removed 6 j the left bottom tooth and cut a gum or gingiva as the periostitis has begun. To me have appointed or nominated gargles soda + an iodine of 7 8 times in day and tsiprolet 500 to spend on drink 5 days, and more 3 procedures of a laser physiotherapy. I have honesty done all this, but the tumour on a gum or gingiva does not decrease, the cheek remains swelled, all gum or gingiva in this place hurts. To me have recommended to do or make 2 hour compresses with Dimexidum, but I do not transfer or carry it or him. Advise please, than it is possible to replace Dimexidum and whether it is necessary to accept any medicines still? In advance thanks.
