Giddiness and delicacy

I am am disturbed with a giddiness, accompanied strong delicacy, tachycardia or cardiopalmus and from time to time throws in fever with colics in a backbone. Earlier to me pobyl it is diagnosed VRS (a varicose phlebectasia). A question: if complaints are connected with VRS advise, what it is possible to accept in this case? (from time to time I accept detraleks, can repeat a course again?) and if is not present I shall be very grateful if will prompt where it is possible will address with danoj a problem? (Kiev).
