Hello. To me 21 year. When I strongly am nervous, at me become blue and arms or hand grow dumb, I almost do not feel them. Often fingernails or nails on arms or hand happen bluish color, thus of an arm or a hand very cold. I do not know, whether in your competence wash a question, but I hope for the answer. Thanks.
