At least, the symptomatology not such morbid became.
There are doctors, there is a literature.

Treatment by leeches (girurdo therapy) is certainly good, but not so helps or assists.
In initial stages conservative treatment is applied.
Constant bandaging by an elastic roller or wearing elastic a stocking. Warm foot baths.
Enter various medicines and so on.
