My present girl up to me met the guy a floor of year, often was engaged with it or him in sex. Once she has told or said, that it or she has a problem - she never finished. At me with her sex was not. A question in what is a problem - that guy or all it or her? It would not be desirable to break off (though on the next subject it is visible, what I have already broken off), therefore a question - that it is possible to advise her?
