The dear Doctor! During employment or occupation by sex I feel an abdominal pain at a pose " the woman from above " (naezdnitsa). The pain arises only at very deep penetration. In other poses it's OK. What is it can be? Can we is simple we shall be overzealous? Thanks.

Dear Alina! The Pain in such position can be caused or called by presence of an inflammation of appendages, but, most likely it is result of intensive and deep pressure upon sensitive organs of a small basin... Hardly Be more cautious!
