Medical board on the right of driving of the car!
At passage psihiatora on a medical board by what criteria to me can give up in reception of the information or inquiry (there were problems at service in Afga-not 1988 - has received group or clause or article (precisely I do not remember what) at operations) - record is in the identity card, but on the account in a dispensary did not stand! Thanks!
