How to remove surpluses of biogel

2 years ago I have performed operation on labiums (biogel. To me have told or said, that the effect will last 5 years, I y, that changes for 2 years have not occured or happened, gel as well as from first days lays komkami and is rough, a question: whether it is possible to remove surpluses of biogel??? And how??? Thanks

Surpluses of biogel to remove it is impossible. I do not know, which preparation was used, but usually "biogel" concerns to preparations of long or constant action. In some cases for decrease of visibility of granulomas (the clumps of gel surrounded by a fibrous capsule) injections diprospana or Triamcinolonum are applied.
