I wish to perform operation on augmentation of a breast (to insert an implant). Whether I can nurse after that?
Also problems with a mammary gland owing to operation are how much probable?

Good afternoon. Implanty do not influence feeding by a breast. However it will be necessary to watch or keep up, that there was no stagnation of milk and mastites. In any case any woman (whether it is not dependent on that is implant or not) should pass or take place on a regular basis inspection (US or a mammography).

Hello.
The opportunity of feeding by a breast does not depend on presence implanta, and is defined or determined by functional ability of a mammary gland and a level of necessary hormones. Thus, implant on feeding does not influence. Operation does not increase or enlarge risk of development of the problems connected with a mammary gland. There are the risks connected with presence implanta. They are known, described and insignificant. The detailed information on this subject is presented on the majority of the sites connected with plastic surgery, including on mine.
Yours faithfully, Dr. Ross.
