Noutbuk not the most safe computer, but radiation from it or him do not go. For there is strongly electro-magnetic field. If up to the child more than meter it is possible to not be afraid especially. Nevertheless till now harm from job of cellular telephones, and force el.- is not proved. Weeding there it is much more, therefore exact digits I still never saw.
