To the son of 7 years. At carrying out of US it is diagnosed " an incomplete gemination of a left kidney ". Please, prompt what does it mean and than it is fraught in the further?. Many thanks.

It means, that during formation of a kidney, fetally, there was a duplication of a nephrogenic tissue. If there is no disturbance urodinamiki there are no reasons for trouble.
