On the data specified by you hardly completely to exclude a cardiologic pathology. In your case certainly it is a question of that how much or as far as you trust that expert who advised you. If you do not trust him, certainly it is desirable to consult at somebody or somebody else. And as to an electrocardiogram up to my opinion, that 1 e an electrocardiogram should be made on 1 m to year of a life of any (even healthy) the child.
