To my son of 8 years. DS: min a stenosis of an aorta on a background of the bicuspid aortal valve, two additional chordas in a right ventricle, on last electrocardiogram - disturbance of conduction of the right leg or pinch of a ventriculonector. At the child at insignificant fiz. To a load (even short hotby) a strong dyspnea or short wind, sometimes pains in the field of heart. Whether there are indications in an operative measure? Or preventive agents (action)? Many thanks.

The cardiosurgeon can accept the decision on necessity of an operative measure only. One of the basic indications to operation is the gradient of pressure in a lead-out or an excretory tract of the left ventricle, reflecting a degree of a stenosis (is "threshold" value or meaning;importance of a gradient - 50 60 mm hg) If a stenosis minimal it is necessary to understand the reasons of a painful syndrome and a dyspnea or short wind. If pains have an ischemic genesis it is necessary to think of augmentation of a degree of a stenosis in a load.
That about preventive agents and actions they certainly exist. In particular it just concerns to restriction of a regimen of exercise stresses. Reception of medical products improving a delivery of a cardiac musle is possible or probable (group kardiotroficheskih preparations), reception beta-the blockers reducing frequency of intimate or cardiac reductions and potrebnos of a myocardium in oxygen is possible or probable (are appointed or nominated strictly! The cardiologist, under the careful control!).
