To my son of 12 years. Puberty has begun. For last year he has grown on 15 sm / now its or his body height 167 sm/. For same time he has recovered more than on 10 kg. Also continues to get fat. I have reduced quantity or amount sweet, flour and fat, but it has not helped or assisted. What to us to do or make? We live in military station and the nearest children's endocrinologist practically to not reach. Help or assist.
