About 2 years ago there was such problem - sometimes at conversation with people I am am got jammed as though, it is practically impossible to utter the certain words. And it is impossible to guess when it to appear. Usually I normally talk, but sometimes gets jammed so easier horror. From for it or this it is complex or difficult obshchatsja with friends.
