Unfortunately at this age the child, getting in the big collective, will hurt or be ill;be sick often, yet will not get steady immunity to viruses and the bacteria which are present at medium. If your child often and hardly is ill or sick, is better to take away it or him from a day nursery even up to 3 years or summer age, t.k frequent illnesses or diseases weaken or easy immunity and frame preconditions for development of chronic diseases in the future. As to tussis it or him to suppress it is not necessary, t.k it is the protective mechanism. And the child should be shown the doctor to define or determine the reason.
