Dear, Victor Semenovich!

I address to you for the help with more detailed case history.

The girl 4 years, the diagnosis: " Pervichno-chronic osteomyelitis Garre of the left femur ".
Debut of disease in the age of 10 months in June, 1999.
In current of 9 months treatment in surgical unit of children's hospital of Sochi, then in the Russian republican hospital in a Moscow. For this time 3 operations - korytoobraznaja a resection of a femur and 9 courses of antibacterial therapy have been spent: (cephalosporins of the third generation, ftorhinolony, Vancomycinum), an antimicotic preparation - difljukan.
On a background of treatment of long remission did not come. In March, 2000 in TSITO the diagnosis has been established or installed: Pervichno-chronic osteomyelitis Garre of the left femur . At exacerbations it is recommended NPVP, metabolitnaja therapy.
In current of year, after 2 h a week course a preparation "diclofenac" - samochustvie has improved.

Now at the girl pains, mainly at night again have renewed. Reception of diclofenac gives simplification, but after a cancelling again there comes an exacerbation.

Rengenologicheski: veretennoobraznoe expansion n/z and s/z the left femur, layered pereostit the plural centers of a destruction on a background of a non-uniform sclerosis.
Objectively: at the girl the left (sick) extremity is longer healthy on 4 sm, a femur utolshcheno on 5 sm in comparison with right. A varicose phlebectasia on a forward surface of a femur.

Tell or Say please, whether there are radical methods of treatment of this disease and what prospect of treatment? Whether it is possible to do without an operative measure (in our case these interventions led to a shorting of terms of remission). As often it is possible to resort to use nonsteroid protivospalitelnyh preparations (if they are necessary) and what preparation is preferable to the child of 4 years.
It would be desirable to hear your references. In advance thanks.
