Whether is better for eyes to work for ZHK-the monitor in comparison with usual?

Here the approach individual. Personally I 2 years for ZHK, and for me am much better, than for ELT. Though there are matrixes to the raised or increased brightness (for example Samsung), cause fatigability in evening time. It is treated by external illumination.
