Recommend to make vitrektomiju, but warn of danger of development of a subatrophy - shrinkages of an eyeglobe in case of neprilezhanija retinas. I face to a choice - or to perform operation and to risk, or to wait while a retina does not exfoliate completely (miracles happen, but...) Shortly before it or this did or made sealing a retina. What will advise? How often there is a subatrophy after vitrektomii?

Not often. The subatrophy of an eyeglobe can develop and at is long to existing amotio or detachment of a retina, and without operation. After vitrektomii there is a chance of improvement, without operation of such chance is not present.
