Orange water from a nose!

Hello the doctor! In the summer of the last year from my nose pereodicheski water of brightly orange color began to leak! It proceeded approximately about 3 days, then all has stopped. In it or this to year has repeated too most. Prompt, please, what is it can be for a liquid, moreover such strange orange color? Any drops in a nose of similar color I did not drip.
P.S. In 2002 operation on correcting a septum and pulling up (or to reduction has been made?) nasal conchas.
